New to this season, the Button Up Cardigan is knitted in a hairy wool blend that offers an easy layering piece for daily wear. Varied depth in stripes runs across the body and sleeves, broken only by the solid button placket and collar. Raglan sleeves fall gently over the shoulders.

Designed to be worn layered, under coats, or on its own — a staple between seasons. Take your normal size.

Color: Brown/Charcoal • 5% wool, 4% spandex, 12% polyester fiber, 14% nylon, 65% acrylic • Hairy wool knit with tonal stripes • V-neck with button placket • Raglan sleeves • Cropped, relaxed fit

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Song for the Mute was founded in Sydney in 2010 by Melvin Tanaya and Lyna Ty — lifelong friends whose contrasting sensibilities define the label. Melvin's precision meets Lyna's embrace of imperfection; the result is clothing built around that tension. The brand works with artisanal mills in Japan, Italy, and France, engineering many of its own fabrics, and releases work in chapters rather than seasons — each one drawn from the founders' own lives.
