A faceted citrine glows in shades of amber and burnished orange, its oval cut giving the stone depth and movement. The lab-created stone is set in a hand-worked frame of 18k gold vermeil over sterling silver and paired with a gold-filled chain.

Handmade in Camila D. Daneri’s Madrid studio, the Fuego Necklace brings a warm point of colour to an open neckline and layers beautifully with a finer chain.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Camila D. Daneri is a Peruvian jewelry designer with family roots in Spain, working from her studio in Madrid. She grew up watching the women around her wear jewelry as naturally as their own skin, a ring while cooking, a necklace on an ordinary Tuesday, and that stayed with her. She builds each piece by hand, working slowly and starting most often from the stone itself rather than a sketch. Her pieces are meant to be worn daily and felt, not saved for later; they're quiet and personal, made to be passed down.
