Take Top
Also available to try in our Madrid boutique — Calle Libertad 6
PRE-ORDER — This item delivers between 15 August and 15 September 2026.
The Take Top is cut from 100% upcycled hotel linen — Egyptian cotton bed and table linen sourced from Amsterdam luxury hotels, intercepted before disposal. In cobalt blue, the cloth holds a crisp, piqué-like texture that lends the boxy shape its structure.
The construction is boxy and relaxed: dropped shoulders and elbow-length sleeves ease into a full body, while a single sculpted metal clasp secures the round neckline at an asymmetric angle. A drawstring at the hem allows the fit to be cinched in or left loose.
Made in the EU. Each piece carries a unique QR code revealing its full Life Cycle Analysis.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
MARTAN is a circular fashion brand founded in Amsterdam by Diek Pothoven and Douwe de Boer — designers and partners who built the label around a single premise: that luxury hotels discard vast quantities of high-quality Egyptian cotton linen the moment the first signs of wear appear, and that this material is too good to waste. MARTAN intercepts it, treats it, and turns it into clothing — produced made-to-order in Amsterdam, with no virgin fabric and each piece carrying a unique QR code revealing its full Life Cycle Analysis.
