Refund policy




How to make a return:

  1. Email us at with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Let us know if you'd like an exchange, gift card, or refund to your original form of payment.
  3. Also tell us the best date and time to arrange the collection of the item.
  4. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item to us.
  5. As soon as we receive the pieces and confirm that they have not been worn and that the designer and Experience 27 labels are still in place with the original packaging, we will refund your order in the way you have chosen.

Please note that all items discounted 50% and over are final sale (and marked as such on the product page). We do not accept returns or exchanges on items with more than 50% discount.


If there is a price change within two weeks of a purchase we are happy to offer store credit for the difference. Please contact us at if this occurs.
