For his AW21 collection, Erdem looked to the arc and discipline of the life and work of a ballet dancer. It makes special reference to Margot Fonteyn and her dance partner, Rudolf Nureyev (21 years her junior). He has created a collection with crisp pleats, fitted waists, elegant opera coats and feathered accessories. Each piece is made to capture the blurred line of a dancer's life on and off stage.
