The Asymmetrical Printed Dress is cut from 100% silk and printed with a painterly botanical and bird motif — exotic birds in flight among flowers, vines, and insects in deep blues, reds, greens, and purples on an ivory ground. Each placement is considered; the print reads differently from every angle.
The construction is precise and deliberate. A fitted mock neck opens at the back with a single coordinating ceramic button printed to match the fabric. The right shoulder is slightly capped, giving the dress its asymmetrical silhouette. A self-fabric tie belt at the back waist creates definition without constraining the fluid drape of the skirt below. At the front, a gathered twist falls from the waist — the signature Beatriz de la Cámara detail that gives the dress movement and dimension.
