Each JINSUN piece is made to order and requires approximately 10 business days for production prior to shipment.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on destination.

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control.

If a delivery is refused, the shipment will be returned to the sender. Any costs incurred (including round-trip shipping, customs, and handling fees) will be deducted from the refund.
