Shipping costs and any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated based on the delivery destination and collected at checkout.

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay. You will not be required to pay additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, the shipment may be returned to us. Any return shipping, customs, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
