For products other than artwork, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and import duties are included in the product price shown for your market. There are no additional import charges on delivery.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Artwork shipping is quoted individually, and artwork prices exclude shipping. Artwork shipments remain DAP unless otherwise agreed; the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees. Please email us for an exact quotation.

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the recipient, the shipment may be returned to us. Any return shipping, customs, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
