Each piece is individually handcrafted in Japan. Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks for completion before dispatch.

Worldwide insured express shipping. Once your made-to-order piece is completed, it will be prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, with tracking provided once dispatched.

Shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay, with no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Although each Milamore piece is made to order, it remains eligible for Experience 27’s standard return policy. Please note that engraved or otherwise personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
