____
The Floyd Sweater is a cropped knit in a mélange of ice grey, sage green, and anthracite blue — three colours twisted together into a single yarn that shifts as the light changes. The texture is chunky and open, with a refined half-high neckline and a wide ribbed hem that anchors the silhouette.
Two distinctive stripes run along the forearm — a subtle signature and a nod to MARTAN's first shirt. The fit is cropped and relaxed, designed to be worn over a shirt or alone.
Knitted from 70% recycled cotton and 30% lyocell, developed in collaboration with Brightfiber. Made entirely from cellulose fibres — naturally soft, fully recyclable. Each piece carries a unique QR code revealing its complete Life Cycle Analysis.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
MARTAN is a circular fashion brand founded in Amsterdam by Diek Pothoven and Douwe de Boer — designers and partners who built the label around a single premise: that luxury hotels discard vast quantities of high-quality Egyptian cotton linen the moment the first signs of wear appear, and that this material is too good to waste. MARTAN intercepts it, treats it, and turns it into clothing — produced made-to-order in Amsterdam, with no virgin fabric and each piece carrying a unique QR code revealing its full Life Cycle Analysis.
